American Ambassador: Israel Will Not Participate in Distributing Aid to Gaza

The U.S. ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee, confirmed on Friday that Israel will not be involved in the distribution of aid to Gaza, but it will assist in ensuring security.

Israel has been imposing a blockade on the region since March.

In a press conference, Huckabee stated that the delivery of aid is not contingent upon reaching a ceasefire agreement.
