His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, confirmed that the Dubai government, under the direction of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, continues to prioritize investments in citizen health, education, and well-being, which serves as a critical strategy for leading Dubai toward new realms of global leadership.
In a statement on the “X” platform, he shared: “Today, I chaired a meeting of the Executive Council, where we approved a comprehensive package of strategic policies and initiatives aimed at serving the Dubai community. We have established a complete healthcare system plan that includes three hospitals and 33 primary healthcare centers by 2033, along with specialized centers of excellence to provide top-notch services across rural and new areas of Dubai.”
He further noted: “The Executive Council has adopted a policy to empower Emirati students in private education, allowing them to enroll in schools rated good or above. In terms of family support, we have decided to establish a unified family care center to provide comprehensive assistance and guidance. Moreover, we have approved a policy for smart buildings aimed at enhancing electricity and water efficiency while reducing costs by adopting the latest technologies and international benchmarks.”
He emphasized that “the Dubai government, guided by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, remains committed to investing in the health, education, and comfort of our citizens. Our priority lies in leading Dubai toward new heights of global leadership that ensure the fulfillment of all objectives outlined in the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the Social Agenda 33, driven by aspirations that know no bounds.”
