Four Palestinian citizens, including three from the same family, were killed today in Israeli airstrikes targeting two homes in the Al-Rimal neighborhood and the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip.
Local sources reported that Israeli military aircraft struck a house near the Martyrs’ Mosque in the eastern part of the Nuseirat camp, resulting in the deaths of a man, his wife, and their infant child, as per the Palestinian news agency Wafa.
Additionally, an Israeli drone targeted an apartment in the Al-Mutamayizun building in the Al-Rimal neighborhood of Gaza City, causing one death and injuring several others.
Israeli military vehicles opened fire heavily on areas in the eastern part of Gaza City.
On Thursday, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the total death toll from the Israeli bombardments since October 7, 2023, has risen to 52,760, with 119,264 injuries reported.
In humanitarian news, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) stated that Gaza has become a “land of despair, witnessing unprecedented levels of hunger.
