The Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government has entered into a strategic memorandum of understanding with Gov Campus, a subsidiary of the International Consultancy Group (IAG), aimed at fostering collaboration in capacity building and enhancing national competencies within the public sector to promote sustainable growth and development.
The memorandum was signed by Dr. Ali bin Sebaa Al Marri, the CEO of the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government, and Dr. Nabil Al-Yousef, the CEO of Gov Campus.
According to the memorandum, both parties will work together to develop and implement joint training programs and initiatives targeting public sector employees, with an emphasis on enhancing skills, knowledge, and expertise that support excellence in the delivery of public services.
Additionally, the agreement outlines collaboration in the areas of thought leadership and the production of joint research focused on the future of government work, including leadership, digital transformation, smart governance, and the applications of artificial intelligence in public policies. This aims to empower decision-makers to formulate strategic visions that anticipate challenges and seize future opportunities.

He added that the focus will be on cultivating innovative government leadership capable of tackling future challenges and equipping national staff with the necessary tools, experiences, and knowledge through training programs designed by a select group of experts. These programs will align with global trends and emerging developments, ensuring active engagement of personnel in achieving sustainable development.
