His Excellency Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chief of Police and Public Security in Dubai, received a copy of a doctoral dissertation from Colonel Dr. Hisham Al-Jouder, who is part of the General Department of Criminal Investigation at Dubai Police. The dissertation, titled “Forecasting the Future Using Artificial Intelligence to Reduce Crime in the United Arab Emirates,” emphasizes the role of AI in crime prevention within the emirate.
The research examines how artificial intelligence can enhance the security of smart homes in Dubai, along with providing a practical study on utilizing AI to achieve the goals and vision of the emirate’s police leadership in increasing the sense of safety and establishing the city as a leader in quality of life.
During a meeting at his office, His Excellency expressed gratitude to Colonel Dr. Hisham Al-Jouder for the valuable gift, commending the significance of his dissertation and wishing him success in his endeavors.
