Awareness Workshops on the Dangers of Not Maintaining Distance Between Vehicles

The General Directorate of Traffic at Dubai Police, represented by the Traffic Education Department, has organized a series of awareness workshops in conjunction with the national campaign launched by the Ministry of Interior. This initiative aims to reduce violations related to insufficient following distances between vehicles, as part of ongoing efforts to enhance road safety and promote traffic culture within the community.

Lieutenant General Saif Mahir Al Mazrouei, Director of the General Directorate of Traffic at Dubai Police, stated that these workshops are part of a comprehensive strategy designed to minimize accidents caused by rear-end collisions, which are commonly encountered on roadways due to non-compliance with safe distance regulations.
