Details Revealed for the UAE Agricultural Conference and Exhibition 2025
Dr. Amina Al-Dahhak, Minister of Climate Change and Environment, has unveiled the specifics for the inaugural “UAE Agricultural Conference and Exhibition 2025.” This event is set to take place at the ADNEC Center in Al Ain from May 28 to May 31, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Presidential Court.
This national event is envisioned as a strategic platform aimed at enhancing and supporting local agriculture, in alignment with the vision of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, who established Al Ain as a premier agricultural hub in the UAE.
The Minister reaffirmed the country’s commitment to advancing the agricultural sector, emphasizing the goal of empowering citizens and fostering a sustainable agricultural ecosystem through innovation and comprehensive support for all targeted groups in both public and private sectors.
Moreover, the conference will see participation from over 100 Emirati farmers, alongside 20 government entities, 40 private companies, 4 national universities, and 20 startups specializing in innovative agricultural solutions. Additionally, more than 1,000 school students are expected to attend.
The conference will also feature the launch of the “National Agricultural Museum,” which aims to document the agricultural journey of the UAE and its profound connection to the land and environment. Furthermore, the “UAE Youth Agricultural Council” will be inaugurated in collaboration with the Federal Youth Authority, intending to engage young people in shaping the future of sustainable agriculture in the nation.
