Arab Media Forum” Explores Delivering Arabic Messages in Foreign Languages

ANAX Capital has officially debuted in the UAE’s vibrant financial landscape with a launch event held at Palazzo Versace Dubai, marking its readiness to cater to both individual and institutional clients.

The glamorous event, which took place on Friday, May 23, attracted numerous celebrities from the Middle East and India, featuring electrifying performances by renowned international artists such as Tiger Shroff, Myriam Faris, Nora Fatehi, and Sonu Nigam.

For founder and director Tabinda Sanpal, this launch represented the culmination of years of experience and extensive preparation.

“This is an incredibly proud and emotional moment for me. The launch embodies months of hard work and the realization of a vision that has finally come to fruition,” stated Sanpal. “We are entering the industry with a robust foundation, supported by significant capital and a strong dedication to service, making this milestone especially significant.”

With over 15 years in the capital markets sector — spanning London’s FCA and Dubai’s DIFC — Sanpal expressed her ambition from day one to establish a financial institution characterized by simplicity, reliability, and client trust.

“With ANAX Capital, I aimed to create a platform where both individuals and institutions could trade confidently, assured by dependable technology within a regulated and trustworthy environment,” she remarked.

Sanpal also acknowledged the support of her husband, Satish Sanpal, chairman of ANAX Holding, throughout her journey.

Service Offerings and Technological Framework

The company, located in Aspin Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, holds a category 1 license from the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) with license number 20200000258, and it provides trading across a variety of assets including forex, CFDs, spot commodities, international stocks, futures, and options.

ANAX Capital’s offerings encompass spot forex, commodities CFDs such as gold, silver, and natural gas, along with access to global equities and derivatives markets. Clients can utilize two trading platforms: MetaTrader for individual and retail traders, and CQG for professional and institutional clients engaged in advanced trading strategies.

Mitul Kapadia, COO of ANAX Capital, stated that the company’s goal is to provide a holistic financial experience that balances comprehensive market access with a focus on client support. “We deliver a one-stop solution featuring deep liquidity, attractive spreads, and professional tools, including FIX APIs for algorithmic trading,” he added.

Technology is integral to the company’s operations. Clients will benefit from AI-driven support systems, including chatbots and OpenAI-enhanced agents, as well as improved onboarding processes that facilitate global KYC compliance.

Client-Centric Philosophy and Market Positioning

Sanpal highlighted that the company’s mission revolves around empowering clients, ensuring accessibility, and promoting transparency. “Our goal is to simplify trading while upholding high standards of trust and professionalism. Regardless of whether someone is an experienced trader or new to the scene, we want them to feel supported and secure throughout their journey,” she explained.

This client-focused approach extends beyond product offerings to encompass the way ANAX engages with its broader community. The firm collaborates with key service providers, including Dexterity Management DMCC, its primary regulatory consultant that assisted in the SCA licensing process, to ensure operational efficiency.

Business Strategy and Community Involvement

ANAX Capital follows a dual business model aimed at serving individual clients as well as institutional partners. The company’s hardware-as-a-service model facilitates infrastructure development, while its technology suite is specifically designed to accommodate high-frequency and algorithmic trading.

“Our platforms and solutions are designed for scalability and compliance,” Kapadia stated. “We have put forth great effort to ensure our clients, whether they trade manually or through algorithms, are equipped with professional-grade tools.”

Sanpal emphasized ANAX Capital’s commitment to engaging with the broader trading ecosystem, including traders, partners, and regulators. “To our clients, we are dedicated to fostering your growth with integrity and care,” she said. “To the wider community, ANAX Capital is committed to elevating standards in financial services — this is merely the beginning.”

A UAE-Born Platform with Global Aspirations

Although it has just launched, ANAX Capital aims to extend its reach beyond the UAE. The platform is designed to accommodate clients from various international markets while ensuring adherence to both local and global regulatory standards. Its global expansion will leverage scalable technology, regional expertise, and adherence to stringent compliance protocols.

“I aspired to create a platform that was not exclusively for institutions or seasoned investors,” Sanpal explained. “It needed to be inclusive. With the appropriate tools and support, anyone with ambition should feel empowered to enter the financial markets.”

The company’s initial market entry is shaped by both strategic and operational factors. Its capital base of AED 30 million is allocated to bolster expansion and liquidity support, while the leadership team actively pursues partnerships with financial and technology entities.

Future Outlook

As ANAX Capital kicks off its trading operations, the leadership team remains focused on developing a sustainable, client-focused model that addresses existing market gaps. The team, comprising professionals with diverse backgrounds in global markets and regulatory frameworks, views its UAE headquarters as a strategic advantage.

Sanpal concluded the launch by expressing appreciation for the support from colleagues, partners, and family. “To our team, I am thankful for your commitment. And to all who have believed in this vision, thank you. The future is bright for us.”
