Emirates Expands Services with New Coach Connection for Clark International Passengers
Emirates has unveiled a complimentary coach service for Economy Class passengers traveling to and from Clark International Airport (CRK), enhancing convenience for travelers in the Philippines. Starting June 10, the service will connect Trinoma in Quezon City directly to Clark International Airport in Pampanga, offering a streamlined travel option.
### Details of the Coach Service
The dedicated coach service will be available only to Emirates passengers holding valid Economy Class tickets issued by the airline, identified by ticket numbers starting with 176. Pick-up and drop-off points have been designated at the New Genesis P2P Bus Terminal in Trinoma and at CRK.
Bookings must be completed at least 48 hours in advance to secure a seat, according to an Emirates media statement. Passengers using the Emirates website can choose Trinoma as their departure or arrival point. Those purchasing tickets through Emirates offices or travel agents should ensure the bus service is included before finalizing the ticket. The service requires a valid Emirates-issued ticket and confirmed booking.
This initiative seeks to offer a more comfortable travel experience for passengers, especially those living in Metro Manila and nearby areas. It underscores Emirates’ commitment to improving accessibility and convenience for Filipino travelers.
### Expanded Routes in Southeast Asia
In addition to the Philippines service enhancement, Emirates is expanding its presence in Southeast Asia with new routes to Da Nang, Vietnam, and Siem Reap, Cambodia. Both routes include a stop in Bangkok, increasing the airline’s destinations in East Asia to 23.
The inaugural flights occurred on June 2 for Da Nang and June 3 for Siem Reap, celebrated with traditional water cannon salutes and official welcomes. These new routes, serviced by the Boeing 777-300ER, provide Emirates’ renowned inflight experience and efficient connections to Dubai and beyond.
“Introducing two new routes through Bangkok signifies an important advancement in reinforcing Emirates’ presence in Southeast Asia,” stated Nabil Sultan, Emirates’ Executive Vice President for Passenger Sales and Country Management. “Passengers can enjoy seamless travel to three vibrant locations—Dubai, Bangkok, and either Da Nang or Siem Reap—with a single ticket.”
