Inauguration of the “Tadawi” Clinic at “Dubai Media”: A Pioneering Partnership Enhancing Employee Health and Elevating Quality of Life

Mohammed Al Mulla, the CEO of Dubai Media Corporation, along with Marwan Ibrahim Haji Naser, the Chairman and CEO of Tadawei Healthcare Group, inaugurated the new Tadawei clinic yesterday at the corporation’s headquarters. This initiative aims to deliver top-tier healthcare services to the corporation’s employees and their families.

The clinic will offer a comprehensive suite of medical services for Dubai Media Corporation staff, their families, and visitors. Services will include medical consultations, laboratory tests, emergency care, and referrals to hospitals in coordination with Dubai Ambulance Services, along with having a general practitioner available during working hours and a fully equipped pharmacy.

Sheikha Ahmed, the Executive Director of the Human Resources Sector at Dubai Media Corporation, emphasized that the opening of the Tadawei clinic reflects the organization’s steadfast commitment to creating a motivating work environment that enhances employee happiness and well-being. It does so by providing high-quality health services that contribute to improving their quality of life.

She pointed out that this initiative aligns with the wise leadership’s vision to establish a comprehensive care approach for individuals and is a practical translation of the corporation’s aim to prioritize employee satisfaction as a strategic goal, ultimately boosting their productivity and institutional loyalty.

She also noted that the partnership with Tadawei Group exemplifies a pioneering model of constructive collaboration between the media and healthcare sectors, contributing to community initiatives that foster a culture of health and prevention within the workplace.

On his part, Marwan Ibrahim Haji Naser affirmed that Tadawei Group, established in 2011, has solidified its position as a leading provider of medical services in the country and continues to expand across various emirates, driven by a strategic vision focused on medical innovation and quality healthcare.

He explained that the group aims to become a global destination for treatment and recovery following the highest international standards, noting that substantial support from the leadership and ongoing collaboration has enabled the group to offer quality services for various medical cases, both domestically and internationally, with the current number of clinics reaching 21.

Regarding the work environment in Dubai, Marwan Ibrahim Haji Naser pointed out that the government has provided a modern legislative and regulatory framework ensuring the sustainability of medical projects while overcoming challenges. He added that the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has played a direct role in making Dubai a leading regional health hub.

He elaborated that the group offers a wide range of medical specialties, including general and laparoscopic surgeries, vascular surgeries, cardiology and radiology interventions, urology, endocrinology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, including joint and spinal surgeries, critical care, and various other specialties.

In addition, the group prides itself on having a team of top international doctors working within a safe healthcare framework that respects the rights of both patients and medical staff, with patient welfare being the group’s top priority.

He also emphasized that medical innovation is a key component of Tadawei’s strategy, as the group seeks to be among the first medical institutions to implement various artificial intelligence technologies, which will help accelerate medical services and achieve the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency.

Marwan Ibrahim Haji Naser concluded by affirming that Dubai has become a health icon in the region thanks to its advanced regulatory models, and Tadawei Group aims to expand its presence both locally and internationally, enhancing the emirate’s status as a regional and global healthcare center.

The inauguration event included a tour of the clinic’s facilities, where attendees learned about the medical equipment and health services offered, ensuring a superior healthcare experience for employees in a safe and healthy work environment.
