Furthermore, travelers who possess a valid Schengen, UK, or US visit visa, or who are residents of the EU, UK, or US, will still be able to obtain visas upon arrival at Saudi border points.

Beginning of the New Umrah Season
To accommodate an increasing number of travelers, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced the launch of the new Umrah season for the Hijri year 1447, commencing on Tuesday, June 10. Pilgrim visa issuance for those arriving from foreign countries will begin on the same date, with Umrah permits available starting June 11 via the “Nusuk” app—a comprehensive digital platform for governmental services, according to reports.
The ministry highlighted that they have coordinated effectively with relevant agencies to ensure operational readiness for the season, which includes improved digital services and multilingual assistance. This platform enables users to acquire permits and access tailored services that enhance the Umrah experience.
