Emaar Properties has introduced VYOM, a new online resale platform aimed at simplifying the process of buying and selling Emaar residences, as stated by the company.
The platform, which is now available globally, enables users to list properties, upload photos, and handle inquiries through a user-friendly interface.
Emaar claims that this system provides a secure and transparent alternative to conventional resale methods, enhancing control and independence for homeowners and investors alike.
“As the real estate environment evolves, we must adapt. VYOM represents more than just a platform — it signifies a fresh approach to property resale. It empowers our clients with control, reliability, and speed,” remarked Mohamed Ali Alabbar, founder of Emaar.
VYOM as Part of Emaar’s Digital Transformation
VYOM is a key component of Emaar’s broader digital transformation strategy, designed to tackle ongoing challenges in the real estate resale market such as pricing discrepancies, limited market exposure, and ineffective communication among parties involved.
The company asserts that the platform improves transparency and encourages direct interaction between buyers and sellers, leading to a more informed and equitable transaction process.
Looking ahead, Emaar plans to broaden VYOM’s capabilities to include rental listings and a dedicated mobile application.
