Hamdan Bin Mohammed Directs the Organization of the “Global Sports Summit” in Dubai on December 29 and 30

Dubai’s Crown Prince, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has announced the organization of the “Global Sports Summit” set to take place in Dubai on December 29 and 30, 2025. This event aims to become the largest international gathering of sports stars, experts, and decision-makers, focused on shaping the future of global sports from the hub of Dubai, the city of the future.

In a statement shared on his official X account, Sheikh Hamdan expressed the initiative’s goal: “We have directed the organization of the ‘Global Sports Summit’ in Dubai, scheduled for December 29 and 30, 2025. This will be the largest assembly of global sports figures, experts, and decision-makers, intended to design the future of sports on a global scale from Dubai, the city of the future.”

He further elaborated that the Dubai Sports Council will spearhead the summit. This event will serve as a premier international platform that enhances the role of sports as a unifying force for nations, an inspiration for future generations, a significant driver of the economy, and a vital tool for talent development at local, regional, and global levels.
