Ajman Ruler and Crown Prince Welcomes Top Secondary School Graduates in the Emirate

His Highness Sheikh Hamid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, along with His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Hamid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chair of the Executive Council, welcomed today (Wednesday) the top-performing students of the 12th grade for the academic year 2024-2025, along with their families and various educational leaders in Ajman. This event was part of the “Ajman Honor Roll” initiative organized by the Citizens’ Affairs Office in the emirate to recognize the outstanding achievement of high school graduates and their families, encouraging them to strive for excellence.

His Highness Sheikh Hamid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi expressed appreciation for the unwavering support from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, for the educational journey in the country. He highlighted their firm belief that knowledge is foundational to the progress and prosperity of nations.

The Ruler of Ajman congratulated the high school graduates and their families for their remarkable achievements, commending this academic milestone in their educational journeys.

He stated: “We are pleased to meet with you today. Congratulations to you and your families and teachers on your accomplishments, which we are proud of. We hope you will continue this excellence in your academic paths, as you are a fundamental pillar in the development and growth of this generous nation.”

His Highness Sheikh Hamid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi emphasized the significant role of education in the nation’s vision, describing it as crucial in human development and national growth. He noted that knowledge is a vital pathway towards progress and success, serving as a tool to shape a bright future that meets the aspirations of the nation and its leadership.

He reiterated that the Ajman government prioritizes education, considering it a cornerstone of its development strategy. The government is dedicating efforts and resources to ensure education is accessible to all segments of society, firmly believing that investing in minds is a winning strategy that leads to a prosperous and sustainable future.

His Highness commended the efforts of the educational staff in the emirate for their dedication and commitment to nurturing informed generations equipped with knowledge to contribute to their nation’s future success. He also acknowledged the vital role of parents in supporting their children’s education and providing them with opportunities for excellence and success while overcoming obstacles in their academic journeys.

His Highness Sheikh Hamid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi honored the top students, presenting them with certificates of appreciation and encouraging them to maintain their exceptional performance in their university studies, which will aid in advancing the nation’s sustainable development goals and fulfill the aspirations of its leadership.

Similarly, His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Hamid Al Nuaimi congratulated the distinguished students and their families, stating: “We are delighted to meet you and celebrate your achievements. You have brought joy and happiness to our hearts and those of your families with your excellent results.”

He further added: “You are the true wealth we rely on to build the future of our state. Nations and civilizations are built by the creativity of their incredible individuals, and their advancement depends on exceptional talents. We see you as key contributors to our development and prosperity.”

The top students expressed their gratitude for the meeting, highlighting that the support and encouragement from His Highness Sheikh Hamid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi and His Highness the Crown Prince, along with their inspiring words, will continue to guide them in their academic endeavors and motivate them to contribute to the progress of their homeland.

Also in attendance were Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamid Al Nuaimi, representative of the Ruler of Ajman for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Hamid Al Nuaimi, Head of the Department of Tourism Development in Ajman, His Excellency Dr. Majid bin Saeed Al Nuaimi, Head of the Emiri Diwan in Ajman, Sheikh Abdullah bin Majid Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Citizens’ Affairs Office in Ajman, along with other dignitaries and senior officials.
