Engineer Ali Qassem, the director-general of the Fujairah Natural Resources Corporation, announced the completion of final preparations for the launch of its summer community program “Qayd Al-Khayr,” now in its ninth season. The program will take place from July 16 to 31, starting at the Al-Sijji Community Council, followed by the Al-Bahah Council, and concluding at the Habhab Community Council. This initiative aims to provide various segments of the emirate’s community with opportunities to engage and benefit.
This year, the program will feature a fresh look and new visual identity, underlining the organization’s commitment to continual renewal and development in line with the nation’s goals for community engagement. The program will incorporate future skills development through the integration of artificial intelligence, with participation from over seven entities offering interactive segments and workshops.
Qassem emphasized that the successes of previous seasons necessitate that the organization continues to enhance and develop the program. This aim is to ensure that the community initiative remains relevant and aligned with the vision of the wise leadership and the aspirations of the Fujairah government, which prioritize activating community initiatives and summer programs that enhance skills and knowledge among youth, aligning with national objectives while addressing the changing needs of the target audience.
He added that the “Qayd Al-Khayr” team has prioritized the program’s agenda in its annual planning. Brainstorming sessions were held with community members to gauge their satisfaction and gather feedback about the activities, aiding in the development of a comprehensive plan that meets their aspirations and suggestions.
