The Battle for Power and Wealth: Trump’s “Monster” and Elon Musk’s Consumption

In a battle of power and wealth, U.S. President Donald Trump has issued a warning to Elon Musk, suggesting that the billionaire may be forced to leave the United States. Trump described a “monster” that could consume Musk, reigniting a verbal feud between the world’s most powerful and wealthiest individuals.

Trump mentioned that he might consider deporting Musk after the South African-born entrepreneur criticized his flagship legislative initiative known as the “Beautiful Big Bill.”

Musk’s Deportation

When White House reporters inquired whether the South African-born, now American businessman would face deportation, Trump replied, “We may need to look into it,” according to The Sun.

Trump threatened to unleash the “monster” of government efficiency, referred to as “Doge,” to consume the tech billionaire.

Unleashing the Monster

He stated, “We might have to use Doge against Elon. Do you know what Doge is? Doge is the monster that could come back and devour Elon.”

Last May, Musk stepped down from his role as “Cost-Cutting Minister” for Trump at the newly formed “Doge” company, following a day after he criticized Trump’s “Beautiful Big Bill.”

Trump suggested that Musk was attacking his significant tax legislation.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump remarked, “Elon Musk might receive more support than anyone in history; without that support, he might have to close his shop and return to his home in South Africa,” referencing Dogecoin.

Musk’s Loss

He added, “He is losing his mandate within electric vehicles, and he is extremely upset about this; however, as you know, he could lose much more than that. I can tell you now, Elon Musk may lose far more; we will not allow more rockets or satellites to launch, nor will we permit the production of electric vehicles, which would save our country a massive fortune.”

In response, Musk stated on his social media platform “X,” “I am literally saying: cut everything now.”

The world’s richest man, Musk, has been a prominent donor to Trump’s 2024 campaign and initially maintained a nearly constant presence alongside the newly elected president.

However, what began as a disagreement over the Republican-proposed “Beautiful Big Bill” has escalated into a public dispute, with both sides exchanging criticisms.

Musk claimed that the legislation would significantly increase national debt and erase the savings he alleges to have achieved through “Doge.”

The CEO of SpaceX expressed on “X” that the bill would represent political suicide for the Republican Party, indicating that he would work to oust congressional members who vote in favor of the legislation in the upcoming year.
