Wynn Resorts has unveiled initial details and visuals for Enclave, a high-end concept at its forthcoming Wynn Al Marjan Island integrated resort located in Ras Al Khaimah.

Anticipated to debut in early 2027, Enclave aims to be a “destination within a destination,” providing enhanced privacy, personalized services, and curated luxury designed for the most discerning travelers in the region.

Perched above the resort’s 300-meter tower, Enclave will offer 299 suites in four distinct layouts, including two grand Royal Apartments that span 1,500 square meters.

Crafted by Wynn Design & Development, in partnership with prominent design firms Anouska Hempel from London and Pinto Design from Paris, the suites are intended to embody a blend of Middle Eastern cultural elements and Wynn’s renowned sophistication.

“Our aim has been to leverage our proficiency in creating intimacy amid grandeur while redefining the integrated resort experience,” stated Todd-Avery Lenahan, president and CEO of Wynn Design & Development. “Every aspect of our design approach in fashioning this gem within Wynn Al Marjan Island has been executed with the same artistry and precision as shaping and polishing a rare and invaluable stone.”

Enclave by Wynn Resorts

Visitors to Enclave will be greeted via a secure, private entrance, leading to an exclusive lobby and lounges reserved for guests staying in the residence.

The suites, limited to a maximum of 15 per floor, are decorated in a color scheme of platinum, sapphire, sea mist, and gold, showcasing sweeping views of the Arabian Gulf.

Each suite is equipped with both AM and PM private pantries, featuring tailored amenities that cater to cultural tastes and global luxury standards.

A pivotal feature of the Enclave experience includes a private pool and beach club that overlooks the eastern coastline of Wynn Al Marjan.

This secluded retreat will house three swimming pools, tropical gardens, and beach butlers ready to provide on-demand dining and refreshments to guests relaxing in private bungalows or cabanas.

Positioned above the main lobby, the Enclave restaurant will offer an exclusive breakfast service for guests, and later transition into a Lebanese fine dining establishment for lunch and dinner, spearheaded by a well-known restaurateur from Beirut and Paris who is making their UAE debut.

A Lobby Lounge and Concierge Salon will provide a range of curated services, from morning coffee to evening champagne and cocktails, reflecting the esteemed lounge culture of Wynn Las Vegas.

Covering over 60 hectares, Wynn Al Marjan Island will feature 1,217 resort rooms, 297 Enclave suites, 24 international dining establishments, a luxury retail promenade, 12 swimming pools, a 420-meter private beach, a superyacht marina, and a yet-to-be-announced entertainment venue.

Wynn Al Marjan Island’s construction on schedule

Construction is proceeding as planned, with the tower expected to reach its full height by late 2025.

Once finished, this resort will represent Wynn’s inaugural integrated resort in the UAE, anticipated to attract international guests from Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

Wynn Resorts is publicly traded on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol WYNN and is included in the S&P 500 Index.

Alongside its expansion in the UAE, the company operates high-end properties in Las Vegas, Macau, Boston, and London’s Mayfair.
