The goal is to make public services more accessible and efficient for all residents and businesses.
The MoU underscores the importance of collaboration for optimizing resource use while adhering to Dubai’s environmental and economic initiatives. It also aims to position Dubai as a premier global center for logistics and real estate services by implementing effective marketing and development strategies, with potential for future joint projects.
Ahmed Mahboob reiterated RTA’s dedication to enhancing service quality for individual and corporate clients. “We are devoted to improving and optimizing smart systems and networks by providing advanced services, streamlining processes, and increasing operational efficiency and sustainability in service delivery,” he stated.
He further expressed, “This MoU strengthens strategic partnerships between governmental entities and speeds up the digital transformation of the emirate. It facilitates the redesign of customer service by utilizing advanced technologies and ensuring seamless data integration with both local and federal authorities.”
Mahboob concluded, “This collaboration represents a significant milestone in the development of fully integrated digital ecosystems. By linking real estate transactions to mobility services, we create smooth, data-driven experiences that support Dubai’s mission to improve the quality of life across the emirate.”
DLD’s Commitment to Smart City Collaboration
Majid Saqr Al Marri emphasized the Dubai Land Department’s commitment to smart city initiatives through corporate partnerships. “This MoU reaffirms our resolve to provide cohesive, proactive services that align with the expectations of our customers and stakeholders,” he remarked.
He characterized the agreement as a pivotal move towards realizing Dubai’s ambition to become the smartest city globally. “This partnership also plays a role in enhancing the quality, sustainability, and efficiency of service delivery through the integration of artificial intelligence technologies,” Al Marri mentioned.
