Authorized by Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), PRYPCO Mint holds the distinction of being the first platform globally to tokenize a property title deed in collaboration with a government entity, the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

Since its launch, PRYPCO Mint has drawn investors from more than 50 different nationalities residing in the UAE. Properties available on the platform are fully funded within mere minutes, boasting an average funding duration of just three minutes per property.
Noteworthy investments include a unit in Sobha Creek Vistas Grande, which was backed in 10 minutes by 213 investors from 38 different nationalities, and a unit in Liv Residence, Dubai Marina, funded in just 3 minutes by 258 investors from 47 nationalities.
The average investment amounts were Dhs7,512 and Dhs7,210 for these properties, respectively.
