ANAX Capital has made its debut in the competitive financial landscape of the UAE with an inauguration event at the Palazzo Versace in Dubai, signaling its readiness to cater to both retail and institutional clients.
The glamorous launch event took place on Friday, May 23, featuring a variety of celebrities from the Middle East and India, along with dynamic performances by well-known international artists such as Tiger Shroff, Myriam Faris, Nora Fatehi, and Sonu Nigam.
For Tabinda Sanpal, the founder and director, this launch marked the fruition of years of industry experience and extensive preparation.
“This is a proud and emotional moment for me. It signifies countless hours of dedication and a belief in a concept that has finally come to fruition,” stated Sanpal. “We are entering the industry with robust foundations, supported by substantial capital and a firm dedication to customer service, making this achievement even more significant.”
Sanpal, who has over 15 years of experience in capital markets from positions in London’s FCA and Dubai’s DIFC, expressed her initial aspiration to build a financial institution that prioritizes simplicity, security, and client trust.
“With ANAX Capital, my aim was to establish a platform where individuals and organizations could trade securely, equipped with dependable technology in a regulated and trustworthy environment,” she explained.
She also acknowledged the encouragement of her husband, Satish Sanpal, chairman of ANAX Holding, throughout her entrepreneurial journey.
Product offerings and technological capabilities
The firm, located in Aspin Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, possesses a category 1 license from the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) under license number 20200000258 and offers various trading options including forex, CFDs, spot commodities, international stocks, futures, and options.
The range of products available encompasses spot forex, CFDs on commodities such as gold, silver, and natural gas, in addition to access to global equity markets and derivatives. Clients can utilize two distinct trading platforms: MetaTrader, tailored for retail traders, and CQG, which caters to professional and institutional traders engaging in complex trading strategies.
Mitul Kapadia, COO of ANAX Capital, stated that the organization aspires to deliver a comprehensive financial experience that combines extensive market access with client-oriented support. “Our one-stop solution offers deep liquidity, competitive spreads, and advanced tools including FIX APIs for algorithmic trading,” he noted.
Technology is pivotal to the firm’s operations. Clients will be aided by integrated AI technology encompassing chatbots and OpenAI-powered agents, as well as optimized onboarding processes designed to facilitate global KYC compliance.
Client-focused principles and market strategy
Sanpal underscored that the organization’s mission centers on empowering clients, ensuring accessibility, and maintaining transparency. “We aim to streamline trading while upholding exemplary standards of trust and professionalism. Regardless of experience levels, we want all clients to feel supported and secure throughout their trading journey,” she remarked.
This client-centric philosophy extends beyond product delivery; it also influences how the company connects with its community. ANAX collaborates with essential service providers to ensure operational excellence, including Dexterity Management DMCC, which served as the primary regulatory consultant and facilitated the SCA licensing process.
Operational framework and community involvement
The firm operates under a dual business model, catering to both individual clients and institutional associates. Through its hardware-as-a-service framework, ANAX supports infrastructure expansion, while its technology suite is customized for high-frequency and algorithmic trading.
“Our platforms and solutions are optimized for scalability and regulatory compliance,” Kapadia remarked. “We’ve put in considerable effort to ensure that our clients, whether they engage in manual or algorithmic trading, are offered professional-grade tools.”
According to Sanpal, ANAX Capital is also dedicated to engaging the broader trading ecosystem, including participants, partners, and regulatory bodies. “To our clients, we are committed to supporting your growth with integrity and thoughtfulness,” she said. “And to the wider community, ANAX Capital aims to elevate standards in financial services — this is merely the beginning.”
A UAE-established platform with a global perspective
Despite being newly launched, ANAX Capital has aspirations that extend beyond the UAE. Its platform is crafted to enroll clients from various international markets while still complying with local and global regulatory standards. The path toward international growth will hinge on scalable technology, regional knowledge, and adherence to rigorous compliance measures.
“I wanted to build something that wasn’t solely for institutions or experienced investors,” said Sanpal. “It needed to be inclusive. With the right resources and support, anyone with ambition and vision should feel welcomed in the financial markets.”
The initial market launch is being shaped by both strategic planning and operational execution. The capital foundation of Dhs30 million is allocated for future growth and liquidity support, while the executive team continues to forge partnerships with financial and technology organizations.
Future outlook
As ANAX Capital begins its trading operations, its leadership remains committed to creating a sustainable, client-focused model that addresses existing market needs. The team, featuring professionals experienced in global markets and regulatory affairs, views its UAE headquarters as a strategic asset.
Sanpal concluded the launch by expressing her appreciation for the support from colleagues, partners, and family. “To our team, I am thankful for your unwavering dedication. And to those who believed in this vision, thank you. The future looks promising.”
