DMDC, one of the fastest-developing interior design and construction companies in the region, has proudly introduced DMDC Estates — a new arm focused on property investment and renovation aimed at revolutionizing Dubai’s luxury real estate sector.

This announcement was made during an exclusive press event and represents the company’s most significant strategic investment since its founding. DMDC has allocated 70 million dirhams to initiate a range of high-end residential projects, with prominent developments already in progress within Arabian Ranches, Jumeirah Golf Estates, and Emerald Hills.

Additionally, a further investment of 30 million dirhams is anticipated for the latter half of 2025, bringing the total financial commitment for the year to 100 million dirhams.

In contrast to DMDC’s primary client-centered services, DMDC Estates operates solely under the company’s ownership and is dedicated exclusively to the acquisition, renovation, and sale of luxury properties in Dubai. This independent operation enables DMDC to leverage its comprehensive creative and construction skills without any outside limitations.

The organization confirmed that it will continue to pursue client-focused projects in interior design and construction, while DMDC Estates will concentrate strictly on its own developmental initiatives.

The inaugural completed project under DMDC Estates is already attracting attention. This six-bedroom villa in Arabian Ranches has been completely reimagined and redesigned, serving as a prototype for a series of custom homes that are currently underway.

“We are thrilled to finally unveil DMDC Estates, a division we have been developing for several months,” stated Raji Daou, CEO of DMDC. “As the market keeps evolving, we are excited to engage with Dubai’s vibrant real estate industry in a fresh capacity. Through DMDC Estates, we aim to create exceptional works that embody our design ethos and high standards.”

Established in 2021, DMDC has rapidly emerged as a significant player in Dubai’s design and construction landscape. The firm employs over 700 professionals and provides integrated solutions across residential, commercial, and retail sectors.

By fusing creative design, advanced technology, skilled craftsmanship, and sustainable methodologies, DMDC has built a reputation for pushing creative limits. The launch of DMDC Estates represents a daring progression toward expanding that vision — aiming to not only shape interiors but entire lifestyles, one property at a time.
