Dnata Achieves Major Cargo Handling Milestone in Dubai
Dnata has achieved a remarkable milestone by processing more than 1 million tonnes of cargo in Dubai during the period from April 2024 to March 2025, marking the highest amount ever managed by the company within a 12-month timeframe.
This record represents a 30% increase compared to the previous year, fueled by a robust demand for dnata’s services.
Operating from state-of-the-art facilities at both Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Al Maktoum International Airport – Dubai World Central (DWC), dnata currently caters to over 120 airline clients, efficiently handling a diverse array of cargo types, including perishables, pharmaceuticals, hazardous materials, live animals, aircraft engines, and vehicles.
Guillaume Crozier, dnata’s Chief Cargo Officer, expressed his pride in achieving this landmark in Dubai, which is both the origin of dnata and its largest cargo hub. He noted, “This accomplishment showcases the robustness of our operations and underscores the crucial role dnata plays in facilitating the seamless movement of goods throughout the emirate.”
He extended his gratitude to their team members and the exemplary collaboration with industry partners and regulatory authorities, including Dubai Airports, Dubai Customs, and Dubai Police. “I sincerely thank them all as we continue to elevate standards in cargo handling both regionally and internationally,” he added.
Crozier affirmed, “We will persist in investing in our operations to bolster Dubai’s status as a premier gateway for commerce, connectivity, and innovation.”
