Students can now take advantage of a monthly subscription for only Dhs100, which allows them to park in roadside and designated parking spaces within a 500-meter radius of their educational establishments. Similarly, employees of private educational institutions can benefit from the same monthly rate of Dhs100, making it easier to find affordable parking close to their workplaces.
Furthermore, Parkin has rolled out a monthly subscription for multi-storey parking that starts at Dhs735. Meanwhile, on July 9, 2025, Dubai Municipality entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Parkin, aiming to enhance the efficiency and quality of public parking services in the emirate.
The agreement emphasizes collaboration in crucial areas such as the development of planning and regulatory frameworks, simplification of permit processes, and sharing of data to optimize service delivery. Under this MoU, Parkin will also oversee certain public parking facilities owned by Dubai Municipality, helping to extend its smart parking network, as reported by Dubai Media Office.
These efforts are part of a wider strategy to improve urban infrastructure and enhance the commuting experience for residents throughout Dubai.
