Holo Introduces UAE’s Largest Property Sweepstakes Offering a Dhs500,000 Reward

Real estate platform Holo has initiated what it claims to be the largest property promotion in the UAE, offering prospective homeowners a chance to win Dhs500,000 ($136,100) towards acquiring a second property.

The promotion is set to continue until November 13, enabling customers who buy homes through Holo’s mortgage or concierge services to participate in a prize draw overseen by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.

Michael Hunter, the co-founder and CEO of Holo, remarked: “This isn’t merely an offer; it’s about doubling your aspirations. Our goal was to provide buyers with the excitement of transforming one key into two, ensuring the home-buying journey is engaging, straightforward, and fulfilling.”

Details of the Holo Campaign

Purchasers who obtain a mortgage through Holo will qualify for one entry after their final offer letter is signed by November 22.

Cash buyers utilizing Holo’s concierge service will also receive an entry upon signing their Form F.

Individuals using both services will be awarded three entries.

The company mentioned that the winner will receive Dhs500,000 to be applied towards an off-plan property or a studio apartment in Jumeirah Village Triangle, which is valued at Dhs780,000.

This initiative is launched in the context of an unprecedented boom in Dubai’s property sector, which saw transactions totaling Dhs431 billion in the first half of 2025.

Arran Summerhill, Holo’s co-founder and COO, stated: “Our aim was to demonstrate that purchasing a home doesn’t need to be daunting or complex. Through this campaign, every buyer—be it their initial home or their fifth—has an equal opportunity to achieve something remarkable.”

Established in 2020, Holo operates in both the UAE and Saudi Arabia, providing digital mortgage solutions and assistance in property acquisition. The company claims to have assisted over 80,000 clients and handles transactions exceeding Dhs1 billion on a monthly basis.
