Imtiaz Developments Celebrates Early Completion of Pearl House in JVC

Imtiaz Developments, a premier luxury real estate firm based in Dubai, has successfully completed the handover of Pearl House, marking their fourth project finalized in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).

This project was delivered four months prior to the expected completion date, following the timely completion of Westwood Grande I and Westwood Grande II, thereby establishing a new standard for prompt project executions in Dubai’s property market.

Pearl House, valued at Dhs155m, introduces a fresh standard of contemporary living in JVC, featuring 190 fully furnished studio and one-bedroom apartments housed in a 16-storey mid-rise building.
