Agility Public Warehousing Company has announced that its subsidiary, Menzies Aviation, has successfully acquired 100 percent of G2 Secure Staff, a US-based company, for a total enterprise value of $305 million. An additional deferred payment of $10 million will be made in 2026, subject to certain performance targets being met.
This acquisition strengthens Menzies’ position as the largest provider of aviation services globally, now operating at over 350 airports in 65 countries. As part of the integration process, G2’s operations will be transitioned to the Menzies Aviation brand, with a plan in place to ensure a smooth process for employees, clients, and partners.
The financial implications of this deal are expected to be significant. G2’s financial results will be merged with those of Menzies, which is anticipated to elevate overall group revenue by 20 percent, exceeding $3.1 billion, based on Menzies’ revenue projections for FY2024.
This acquisition is seen as a pivotal step in Menzies’ international expansion strategy, broadening its presence in the US aviation services sector and improving its ability to cater to airlines, airports, and travelers on a larger scale.
