The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has issued an advisory regarding dusty weather conditions in certain areas of the UAE, indicating that easterly winds are transporting dust across both coastal and inland regions.

The official announcement mentioned, “Dust suspended in the air due to southeasterly winds across some coastal and internal locations is expected to decrease visibility to under 2000 meters from 08:45 until 17:00 on Wednesday, 16/07/2025.”

This weather phenomenon is likely to compromise visibility and disrupt outdoor activities, particularly in industries such as logistics, construction, and facilities management. Companies are encouraged to implement necessary safety measures for outdoor personnel, modify working hours if necessary, and stay updated with further communications from the NCM.
