Parsons Corporation has been selected as the Project Management Consultant for the Dubai Metro Blue Line by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai. This five-year agreement signifies fresh opportunities for the firm and highlights its enduring partnership with the RTA.
Under this agreement, Parsons will manage crucial elements of the initiative, including design evaluations, support with procurement, construction oversight, as well as testing, commissioning, and final handoff. The Blue Line is a vital part of Dubai’s D33 Economic Agenda, which aims to position the emirate as one of the world’s most advanced and interconnected cities by the year 2033. The project is anticipated to be operational by 2029.

Facts About the Blue Line
The 30-kilometer Blue Line will consist of 14 stations, connecting prominent areas such as Mirdif, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Creek Harbour, and Dubai Festival City. When operational, the line is projected to accommodate up to 320,000 passengers daily, supporting the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.
Parsons has been instrumental in the development of Dubai’s transport infrastructure since the RTA’s establishment in 2005.
