PRYPCO Mint, the pioneering platform for real estate tokenization in the MENA region, has successfully surpassed Dhs9 million in tokenized property investments within just a month of its launch, signifying a significant achievement in the realm of digital real estate investment.

Authorized by Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), PRYPCO Mint holds the distinction of being the first platform globally to tokenize a property title deed in collaboration with a government entity, the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

The platform facilitates fractional ownership of high-end properties, enhancing accessibility to real estate through blockchain innovation.

PRYPCO Mint resonates with global investors

Since its launch, PRYPCO Mint has drawn investors from more than 50 different nationalities residing in the UAE. Properties available on the platform are fully funded within mere minutes, boasting an average funding duration of just three minutes per property.

Noteworthy investments include a unit in Sobha Creek Vistas Grande, which was backed in 10 minutes by 213 investors from 38 different nationalities, and a unit in Liv Residence, Dubai Marina, funded in just 3 minutes by 258 investors from 47 nationalities.

The average investment amounts were Dhs7,512 and Dhs7,210 for these properties, respectively.

“This momentum highlights the swift progression of the market towards tokenized real estate,” stated Amira Sajwani, founder and CEO of PRYPCO. “Investors are seeking transparency, adaptability, and opportunities in high-value markets with reduced barriers to entry.”

With the support of the government and clear regulatory guidelines, PRYPCO Mint is positioning itself as a leader in the digital property ownership sector within the UAE.
