Our operational focus is centered on achieving sustainable growth and profitability. We utilize key performance indicators, which we evaluate and report on quarterly, to gauge our success.

The cyber resilience market is vast and continuously growing, especially with more businesses transitioning to cloud solutions and integrating AI, alongside the increasing threats they face. To gain significant market presence, we are dedicated to expanding our product offerings and innovating at various stages, each addressing different levels of risk.

The alliance with Pure Storage was a significant strategic decision. How does this partnership enhance Rubrik’s market presence, and what effects do you anticipate it will have on growth in earnings

Rubrik and Pure Storage have collaborated to offer an all-encompassing solution for cyber resilience, ensuring that data protection is efficient, modern, and secure for both short-term and long-term necessities.

This collaboration has expedited our sales processes, increased deal sizes, and opened up new market segments. Our success is intertwined with our customers’ achievements, which propels growth and solidifies our market stance.

You have highlighted that human error is often a significant cause of disruptions. Looking forward, how are you investing in AI and automation technologies to enhance resilience and refine Rubrik’s operational practices and cost efficiency

The synergy between humans and AI is critical, with error potential existing in both areas. We implement safeguards and protective measures to enhance our capabilities in anomaly detection and threat identification, ensuring visibility, auditability, and error rectification in AI operations.

A recent product exemplifying the integration of human and AI collaboration is Identity Resilience, which aims to secure the entire identity framework along with data. This initiative protects common vulnerabilities exploited by attackers, such as human and non-human identities (NHIs), helping organizations maintain operational continuity with minimal interruptions.

We are embedding AI thoroughly throughout our platform and operations, fostering a culture of learning, introducing new tools, and sharing successes, enabling our employees and customers to automate various tasks and concentrate on their core competencies. AI is proving to be revolutionary for us, offering more than just incremental improvements.
