Taraf, the real estate arm of Yas Holding, has established a partnership with Masdar City to construct a residential community spanning 1.4 million square meters within Abu Dhabi’s leading sustainable urban area.
The initiative aims to create a high-quality, people-focused environment in line with Masdar City’s aspiration of a lively, low-carbon setting that redefines contemporary living. The community will be designed with shaded pathways, cycling trails, and green areas linked to Al Masar Park, providing unique freehold ownership options alongside modern infrastructure and lifestyle features.
Low Ping, the group CEO of Yas Holding, stated, “This collaboration with Masdar City exemplifies Taraf’s mission of creating communities that inspire modern living, merging design, sustainability, and innovation to enhance everyday experiences. By developing a project of this magnitude in Masdar City, we reinforce our commitment to design-led living while supporting Abu Dhabi’s Falcon Economy Vision aimed at fostering dynamic, interconnected growth.”

The comprehensive plan encompasses over 1,000 single-family residences, which include villas and townhouses with two to six bedrooms, organized into neighborhood clusters that foster social engagement and family-oriented living. Exclusive clubs, parks, and pedestrian-friendly open spaces will be incorporated to harmonize modern amenities with rich greenery, promoting the well-being of residents and an active lifestyle interconnected with Masdar City’s broader ecosystem of work, recreation, and innovation.
