Tissoli Joins Forces with Pininfarina to Launch Dhs1.2bn Palazzo Tissoli on Al Marjan Island

Tissoli, a collaborative effort in real estate and investment, has partnered with the esteemed Italian design firm Pininfarina to develop Palazzo Tissoli, a notable residential project valued at Dhs1.2 billion on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. This initiative represents Pininfarina’s inaugural architectural venture in the emirate.

A formal signing event took place at Fairmont The Palm, attended by key figures including Khaled Assaf, Marjan’s commercial director; Pooja Rathore, COO of Tissoli; Fabio Calorio, Pininfarina’s senior vice president; and Umar Bin Farooq, founder and CEO of One Broker Group (OBG).

Situated along the scenic waterfront of Al Marjan Island, Palazzo Tissoli seamlessly merges Italian design principles with modern opulence, featuring fully furnished residences that offer breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf. Additionally, the development is conveniently located near the island’s forthcoming gaming and leisure attractions.

Abdulla Al Abdouli, CEO of Marjan, expressed excitement about the addition of Palazzo Tissoli to Al Marjan Island, stating, “This landmark project exemplifies the high-quality partnerships that drive Ras Al Khaimah’s evolution into a premier global investment and lifestyle hub.
