WE Convention 2025 Fully Booked Before Groundbreaking Women’s Empowerment Gathering in Dubai

The WE Convention, recognized as the largest gathering dedicated to women’s empowerment globally, will be held on November 1–2, 2025, at Atlantis The Royal Dubai. This event, organized by the WE Council—a worldwide network aimed at fostering the personal and professional growth of women—will bring together over 2,000 participants and feature more than 100 esteemed speakers.

All tickets for the convention sold out three weeks prior to the event, marking a historic achievement for women’s empowerment conferences in the Middle East. The most economical ticket options were gone by September 2025, highlighting the rising interest in initiatives that enhance women’s leadership, financial autonomy, and worldwide collaboration.

The theme for this year’s convention is “All in: Career, Money, and Life,” focusing on the essential connections between financial independence and women’s empowerment. The sessions will provide essential strategies for women seeking to develop sustainable careers and wealth in a rapidly changing global marketplace.

“I am thrilled to announce that every ticket for WE Convention 2025 has been sold out. This remarkable response demonstrates that our selected theme resonates deeply and is highly relevant. Each year, we unite an extraordinary group of women who are eager to invest in their growth and reshape the landscape,” stated Mila Semeshkina, the founder of the WE Convention.

The speaker lineup includes distinguished figures from various fields such as business, government, fashion, and sports. Notable confirmed speakers are H.E. Ohood Al Roumi, Minister of State for Government Development and the Future; H.E. Hala Badri, Director General of Dubai Culture & Arts Authority; Dame Anna Wintour, global editorial director of Vogue and chief content officer of Condé Nast; Candace Bushnell, internationally acclaimed author; Dr. Maky Zanganeh, US billionaire and co-CEO of Summit Therapeutics; and Joelle Mardinian, renowned entrepreneur.

Additionally, other significant speakers encompass Amira Sajwani, managing director of sales and development at DAMAC Properties; Svetlana Kuznetsova, Grand Slam tennis titleholder and sports-fashion designer; Mary Gukasyan, managing director for Kraft Heinz Middle East & Africa; Mirna Arif, general manager for Middle East and Africa Growth Markets; Nawal El Moutawakel, Olympic champion and International Olympic Committee’s vice president; Alina Nazarova, director of premium and private banking at Alfa-Bank; Nisha Jagtiani, group director at Landmark Group; and Angela Orlov, co-founder and lead designer at ORLOV Jewelry.

During the convention, Mila Semeshkina will also unveil her third book, which serves as a practical guide aimed at assisting women in navigating their career progression and achieving financial success in a male-dominated environment. The guide draws from her extensive work with wealthy individuals, political leaders, and global corporate executives.

Accompanying the main event, a select group of speakers alongside VIP and Platinum guests will gather for WE Night on November 1 at the Michelin-star rated estiatorio Milos within Atlantis The Royal. This exclusive event will include red-carpet arrivals, live fashion shows and musical acts, a gourmet dining experience, and curated networking opportunities.

With its sell-out status and innovative speaker roster, WE Convention 2025 is anticipated to significantly influence both regional and global conversations around women’s empowerment, financial independence, and leadership in the contemporary world.
