Emirates has achieved first place in YouGov’s Most Recommended Global Brands 2025 report, becoming the sole airline in the global top 10 rankings.

The airline received a recommendation rate of 88.4 percent, derived from over a million customer surveys conducted in 28 countries between June 1, 2024, and May 31, 2025.

The rankings, compiled by YouGov BrandIndex, assess the proportion of a brand’s customers willing to recommend it to others.

Emirates outperformed all other global brands, highlighting the effectiveness and impact of its “Fly Better” brand promise.

“This acknowledgment reflects the strong bond and loyalty we have cultivated with travelers worldwide,” stated Sir Tim Clark, president of Emirates Airline. “We will strive to enhance our already superior service and establish new standards in the travel industry.”

Emirates: Significant Accomplishments This Year

This year, Emirates has broadened its network, introduced the A350 aircraft to ten destinations, launched nine redesigned retail outlets, and gained recognition as the world’s first Autism Certified Airline.

By the end of the year, Emirates aims to provide services to over 70 cities with state-of-the-art cabin interiors across its Boeing 777, A380, and A350 fleets, along with more than two million Premium Economy seats available.

Earlier, Emirates led YouGov’s UAE Recommend 2024 rankings and was recognized as the most satisfying airline for American travelers in YouGov’s US airlines report.

YouGov, a global analytics company, formulates its rankings based on cumulative and weighted scores that represent actual brand perception and loyalty among a range of demographic groups.
