His Excellency Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Baty Al Hamed, head of the National Media Office and chairman of the UAE Media Council, welcomed Jeff Zucker, CEO of RedBird IMI, and Jane Turton, CEO of All3Media, at the office in Abu Dhabi.
During the meeting, discussions took place regarding collaborative opportunities and the exchange of expertise in media, visual, and digital production, as well as ways to strengthen partnerships with UAE media organizations. This aims to advance content creation and support joint projects centered in the UAE.
The talks highlighted future prospects for cooperation and partnership through the upcoming “Bridge Summit,” a global media event set to take place in Abu Dhabi this December, which will bring together thought leaders, media professionals, and content creators from around the globe.
Both parties emphasized that the summit represents a strategic opportunity to broaden the dialogue about the future of media and enhance its role as a catalyst for positive change in content production and distribution across multiple platforms.
Abdullah Al Hamed stated: “The UAE views media as a cornerstone of comprehensive national development and aims to establish a modern media framework that reflects the country’s values, aligns with its economic, cultural, and social transformations, and supports its balanced and influential presence on the global stage.”
He further added: “The UAE’s future vision for media focuses on balancing technological advancement with credibility and high-quality content, positioning the national media framework as a model of professionalism, international collaboration, and the creation of positive impact based on knowledge and mutual respect.”
