The Expert and Mediator Committee at the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department has approved a new batch of technical experts and dispute resolution mediators to enhance the efficiency and quality of specialized expert services. This initiative aims to support mediation processes and develop effective alternatives for resolving disputes in line with Abu Dhabi’s aspirations for judicial excellence.
During its regular meeting chaired by Counselor Youssef Saeed Al Obaidi, the Deputy Director General of the Judicial Department, the committee approved the registration and re-registration of a number of experts in the roster of practitioners after meeting the required criteria.
Furthermore, the committee also approved the progress of registration procedures for 21 mediators after reviewing their applications, provided that they complete the necessary requirements.
