The “UAE Vision for Jobs 2025” exhibition opened yesterday, witnessing significant attendance from job seekers eager to explore available opportunities with government agencies and private organizations. The event showcased strong engagement with job seekers registering to express their preferences, which were then matched with the current needs of participating entities.
The exhibition featured a notable emphasis on the role of artificial intelligence, which assisted applicants in identifying the most suitable career paths by aligning their qualifications with available job openings and suggesting multiple employment options among those offered by participating organizations.
Dr. Najat Obaid Allah, the Senior Vice President for Human Resources at Dubai World Trade Centre, emphasized the center’s annual participation to present job opportunities across various sectors, including hospitality, ports, food and beverage, construction and real estate, security and safety, along with diverse industrial sectors.
She highlighted AI’s contribution to expediting the application process by facilitating immediate interviews for job seekers, paving the way for their enrollment in targeted positions in the near future, which represents a significant advancement in the swift response to hiring citizens equipped with the necessary skills and qualifications.
ENOC
ENOC Group, the leading national integrated energy company, reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to supporting national talents and attracting more Emirati professionals, announcing the availability of over 100 job openings.
These opportunities span vital sectors including refining, chemical engineering, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure, reflecting ENOC’s strategy to empower national competencies in strategic fields with future implications.
ENOC has made remarkable progress in localization, exceeding a 50% localization rate across various roles, achieving 100% in senior leadership positions, and reaching 79% in advanced managerial roles.

Dubai Health Authority
The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) reiterated its invitation to citizens specialized in health and administrative fields to take advantage of its distinguished training and employment programs, confirming the availability of 342 job positions in collaboration with the private health sector, during its participation in the exhibition.
Noura Al-Midfa, Director of Human Resources at DHA, explained that the platform is open for job seekers to conduct preliminary interviews and learn about a range of training programs designed to prepare national personnel for leadership, supervisory, and executive roles.
Among these is the “Elite” program, which spans 12 months, offering advanced hands-on training and employment opportunities in fields such as information security, health insurance, auditing and health control, medical licensing, research and data analysis, and finance.
Dr. Latifa Al-Rustamani, Acting Director of Medical Education and Research, noted: “The medical education programs initiated by DHA, including the ‘Medicine and Sciences’ program launched in 2016, have attracted over 553 Emirati students, with 242 now working in various medical specialties, alongside the unified internship and residency programs.”
She added that these initiatives, in partnership with the private health sector, have benefitted hundreds of physicians over recent years, highlighting that the authority’s training and employment efforts fall under a clear policy aimed at promoting localization in health professions and empowering national capabilities to lead the development of the healthcare sector in Dubai.
Al-Reem Abdullah Al-Falasi, Acting Director of Human Resources at the Dubai Legal Affairs Department, revealed that numerous job vacancies were offered during the department’s participation in the exhibition, reflecting its commitment to attracting highly skilled national professionals.
She emphasized that the exhibition is a significant platform for connecting with Emirati talents across various specialties, noting the department’s annual participation to enhance its workforce with skilled individuals who contribute to its institutional capabilities and improve its government legal services following the highest standards of excellence.
She pointed out that this year, the department is offering a number of vacancies in legal and administrative fields, welcoming job applications and conducting direct interviews with candidates through a specialized recruitment committee, ensuring it meets its strategic goals of attracting, developing, and empowering talented human capital.
