This statement came during Brigadier Al Awadhi’s oversight of the processing of public transactions at the customer happiness department within the center. He also met with several clients in the vital jurisdiction area, which includes commercial and residential zones, necessitating the provision of exceptional services that meet and exceed client expectations.
