The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai, in partnership with Keolis MHI—responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Dubai Metro and the tram system—continues to implement operational excellence standards through a global training program focused on risk assessment. This initiative has been carried out in collaboration with Bureau Veritas and aims to embed these practices as a unified risk awareness culture among employees, contractors, and partners.
Over the course of three months this year, the program engaged more than 100 trainees, including 20 Emirati nationals. Participants came from various departments within the RTA and Keolis MHI, along with several key contractors.
