Harvard University has filed a lawsuit against the administration of President Donald Trump, responding to the president’s decision to prohibit the university from enrolling international students.
In a complaint submitted to the federal court in Boston, Harvard characterized this action as a “flagrant violation” of the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and other federal laws.
The university highlighted that Trump’s decision had an “immediate and severe impact” on both the institution and over 7,000 visa holders.
