Dr. Maryam Al-Ghawi, the director of the Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Center for Talent and Innovation, which is part of the Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Medical and Educational Sciences, disclosed plans to implement an advanced smart tool leveraging artificial intelligence technologies. This initiative aims to significantly enhance the discovery and nurturing of talented individuals as well as improve the efficiency of educational data analysis.
Al-Ghawi emphasized that this new tool represents a strategic advancement, reflecting the foundation’s commitment to sustainable digital transformation. She noted that the tool’s exclusivity lies in its direct connection to the center’s extensive database, which spans over 15 years, ensuring precise and reliable output compared to externally sourced tools.
Furthermore, the tool will aid the foundation in uncovering students’ hidden potentials through intelligent analysis technologies that can produce instant and reliable reports.
Since its inception, the center has successfully supported over 2,000 talented individuals from various regions of the nation and has administered the Hamdan Talent Scale to more than 38,000 students across different Emirates, in addition to endorsing 120 innovative projects.
Al-Ghawi anticipates that the integration of this smart tool will enhance discovery operations by 40%, while reducing the time needed for data analysis and report generation to under 30 seconds for each inquiry, marking a substantial achievement that boosts the center’s ability to respond quickly and accurately to educational sector demands.
Smart Integration
In line with its future vision, Al-Ghawi highlighted that the Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Medical and Educational Sciences is working on developing a comprehensive system of smart tools that support educational excellence according to global standards.
Among the notable systems under development is an advanced predictive system designed for early talent recognition, which relies on analyzing behavioral and academic indicators of students to identify exceptional abilities at early educational stages.
Additionally, the foundation is working on an interactive digital platform dedicated to talented students, providing customized educational content tailored to their exceptional fields and individual interests, thereby enriching their learning experience and supporting their cognitive development in a personalized and precise manner.
In a related effort, the foundation is adopting a smart system project aimed at future skill guidance, developed in collaboration with universities and research centers. This project is intended to effectively align educational outcomes with the future job market’s requirements, ensuring the preparation of distinguished national talents capable of innovation and excellence across various fields.
