This week marked the commencement of interviews and assessments for candidates of the “Mohammed bin Hamad Leadership Development Program.” A dedicated committee has been formed to conduct personal interviews and evaluate the leadership skills of potential participants, with the aim of selecting the most qualified individuals to join the program.
This stage is a crucial step preceding the official approval of entrants to the program and the initiation of the academic curriculum.
The initiative is one of the notable efforts launched by the Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi Council, aiming to develop and enhance leadership skills among the ambitious youth of Fujairah, preparing them for leadership roles and the management of strategic and transformative projects in the emirate.
Launched last June, the program is under the patronage and presence of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah.
Dr. Ali bin Naif Al Tunaiji, Director of the Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi Council, emphasized that the program draws inspiration from the Crown Prince’s vision of fostering aspiring and innovative leaders, equipping them with the necessary tools to navigate future challenges.
He also noted that the program serves as a fundamental pillar in Fujairah’s vision for a brighter future by harnessing and energizing the potential of young people, integrating them into the nation’s development.
