Mohammed Bin Zayed Congratulates Azerbaijani President and Armenian Prime Minister on Historic Peace Agreement

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, congratulated Ilham Aliyev, the President of Azerbaijan, and Nikol Pashinyan, the Prime Minister of Armenia, on the historic peace agreement recently signed at the White House.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed expressed appreciation for the role played by the United States and President Donald Trump in facilitating this agreement. He hopes that this pact will mark the beginning of fruitful relations between the countries, benefiting their peoples and promoting peace in the Caucasus region.

Moreover, he reaffirmed the UAE’s commitment to supporting every step towards peace and stability worldwide, advocating for the resolution of conflicts through diplomatic means for the betterment and prosperity of all.

In a post shared on his account through the platform “X”, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed stated: “I congratulate Ilham Aliyev, President of Azerbaijan, and Nikol Pashinyan, Prime Minister of Armenia, on the historic peace agreement signed recently at the White House. I appreciate the role of the United States and President Donald Trump in this achievement. I hope this will open the door to productive relations between the two nations for the benefit of their peoples and peace in the Caucasus. The UAE supports every effort towards peace and global stability, advocating for resolution through diplomatic avenues for the well-being and prosperity of all.”
