RIKAS Introduces Its Inaugural App for Booking Restaurant Reservations

Life

RIKAS Hospitality Group has introduced a custom app for restaurant reservations in Dubai, available at the touch of a button.

Born from the creators of some of Dubai’s finest dining experiences, this app marks a significant advancement in high-end hospitality. The RIKAS reservation app enhances the customer journey by providing convenience and exclusive benefits.

Overview

In a city known for its uniqueness, RIKAS Hospitality Group distinguishes itself by breaking away from the norm. With a notable collection of iconic establishments, including the laid-back coastal vibe of Twiggy by La Cantine, the sophisticated allure of Mimi Kakushi, and the refined charm of Gigi Rigolatto, RIKAS has been a defining force in the area’s culinary landscape. The launch of this app sets a new precedent, making RIKAS the first hospitality group in Dubai to offer its own dedicated reservation system.

Dining Venues in Dubai

The app is designed as an easy-to-use platform that transforms the way customers interact with their favorite dining spots. Beyond being a mere booking tool, it serves as an entryway into the broader RIKAS experience. Users can explore the restaurant lineup and secure same-day reservations with live availability, creating a tailored dining experience effortlessly.

This rollout also marks the first project initiated by the Group’s newly formed Guest Experience Team, led by Dia Bah.

The RIKAS App is an essential tool for those who enjoy fine dining. It grants priority access to exclusive events, a loyalty program with tailored rewards, and opportunities to accrue credits through referrals and sponsorships. Whether you’re arranging a sunset meal at Twiggy or a late-night gathering at Kyma, the app keeps you ahead in securing restaurant bookings.

Participating Restaurants

The app currently includes all venues under RIKAS Hospitality Group, such as La Cantine du Faubourg, Mimi Kakushi, Gigi Rigolatto, Kyma Beach, Twiggy by La Cantine, Madeleine et Marcel, L’Amo Bistro del Mare, Ninive, and Lana Lusa.
