Teaching Staff Prepared for the Launch of the New Academic Year
Today, administrative, teaching, and technical teams from public and private schools implementing the Ministry of Education’s curriculum, along with those offering foreign programs, began their work in anticipation of the 2025-2026 academic year. This is part of a comprehensive plan aimed at preparing the educational landscape ahead of welcoming students on the 25th of this month. This return marks the initial step toward stabilizing the school community, reinforcing educational objectives, and ensuring the new academic marathon starts with high readiness and organization.
Several public school administrations highlighted that the Ministry of Education has established a detailed plan for managing school operations smoothly and systematically. This strategy aims to avoid any potential issues and create a learning environment capable of accommodating modern developments. The ministry has also prioritized enhancing the readiness of educational staff through a week of specialized training, which includes practical and interactive programs designed to refine their competencies and expand their expertise based on the latest global practices in education.
The training further emphasizes empowering educational leadership to effectively manage schools and create optimal conditions for students to achieve the best outcomes.
In this context, the administrations stated that specialized training programs play a crucial role in preparing the educational field. These programs provide teachers with opportunities to familiarize themselves with the latest updates issued by the ministry and interact with innovative teaching methods and applications intended to enhance the quality of the educational process.
The training also helps establish effective communication channels among the teaching and administrative staff, positively impacting the overall school performance.
Additionally, schools announced that they have completed their preparations to welcome educational personnel. Over the past two weeks, they have executed a comprehensive maintenance plan for their facilities, which included air conditioning and general repair work, as well as repainting walls and equipping classrooms and laboratories in compliance with safety and readiness standards.
School administrations confirmed that maintenance teams worked diligently to ensure the school environment is ready for the new academic year in the best possible state, providing both teachers and students with a supportive and motivating environment.
This new academic year begins with comprehensive organizational and pedagogical efforts prioritizing student welfare and reinforcing the ministry’s commitment to achieving high-quality education based on sustainability and innovation. More than 23,000 educational staff participated in the specialized training week, which this year included workshops and educational forums covering various specializations and educational aspects, in addition to training on the latest technological applications to be utilized for developing teaching methods, thereby enhancing student performance and improving the quality of education and its outcomes.
