Following successful events in cities such as New York, London, and Osaka, the ‘Bridge’ tour has now reached Shanghai, continuing its global journey towards the ‘Bridge 2025’ summit, set to take place in Abu Dhabi from December 8 to 10, 2025.
The National Media Office, supported by the ‘Bridge’ Alliance, organized the Shanghai events, gathering a distinguished group of leaders and experts in media, technology, and public policy to explore how innovation and responsibility can shape the future of media and enhance the impact of cross-border cultural narratives.
Minister Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Batti Al Hamed emphasized the necessity for a comprehensive intellectual vision that reaffirms the humanitarian and civilizational role of media. Meanwhile, Dr. Jamal Muhammad Obaid Al Kaabi noted that China serves as a leading example in media innovation and the crafting of global narratives.
From the influence of gaming platforms to the role of smart technology in enhancing soft power, the Shanghai leg marked a significant advancement in shaping the discussions that will feature at the ‘Bridge 2025’ summit – the largest global platform uniting decision-makers and influencers in media, arts, and creative technologies to redefine the future of global communication.
