This $1.3 billion venture, situated in Al Jurf, strategically positioned between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, merges stunning natural landscapes with superior craftsmanship.

Jacob & Co. Beachfront Living by Ohana features a total of 457 residences, which include sea-view apartments, villas, penthouses, Sky Mansions, and beachfront estates, each embodying the essence of luxurious coastal living. The penthouses, starting at $6 million, provide 180-degree views and spacious interiors, while Sky Mansions, priced from $21 million, deliver 360-degree panoramas along with private elevators.

Buyers can also opt for customizable villas and mansions with 3 to 6 bedrooms, each equipped with a private pool. These properties boast views of either the natural reserve or the canals, while the Beachfront Mansions offer exceptional space and unobstructed ocean views.

Residents Club, which will showcase a watch gallery and changing art displays. Additionally, the project introduces the world’s inaugural Jacob & Co. Beach Club, an energetic seaside venue.

Residents will be welcomed into a magnificent entrance atrium adorned with a 10-meter-wide ceiling art timepiece from Jacob & Co. The expected completion date for this luxurious development is set for the second quarter of 2028.
