Madhuri Dixit has recently secured a commercial office space in Mumbai’s Lower Parel area, leasing it for five years at a total rental cost of ₹2.81 crore. The information comes from property registration documents examined by Square Yards.
The office unit is situated in One Lodha Place, offering a carpet area of 731 sq ft. Along with the space, Dixit has acquired one car parking spot. The deal incurred additional costs, including a stamp duty of ₹72,600, registration fees of ₹1,000, and a security deposit of ₹17 lakh.
The lease spans 60 months, starting with a monthly rent of ₹4.25 lakh for the first year. This amount is set to increase by 5% annually, leading to ₹4.46 lakh in the second year, ₹4.68 lakh in the third year, ₹4.91 lakh in the fourth year, and finally reaching ₹5.16 lakh in the fifth year. The total rental value across the lease period is ₹2.81 crore, as noted by Square Yards.
This transaction was officially registered on March 24, 2026, with Rinku Parikshit Joshi as the property owner. Unfortunately, attempts to reach either Madhuri Dixit or Joshi for comments were unsuccessful.
Lower Parel, where Dixit’s new office is located, is recognized as one of Mumbai’s most prestigious and rapidly developing real estate hubs. The area has transitioned from an industrial zone into a lively urban center, marked by upscale residences, gated communities, and integrated mixed-use developments. It has become a favored destination for corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and affluent families seeking modern living and working environments.
Madhuri Dixit is celebrated as one of Hindi cinema’s most renowned actresses and dancers. Her career took off in the late 1980s and 1990s, during which she starred in numerous blockbuster movies, establishing herself as an iconic figure in the industry.
