The wildcard contestants included the trio DEK of Hearts, from team Niall Horan, celebrated for their country-pop style. Additionally, Max Chambers, a 14-year-old from Shreveport, Louisiana, represented team Michael Bublé as the second wildcard, granting both Bublé and Horan two finalists each.
