Haaland Backs Norway Chess to Introduce Total Chess World Championship Tour

Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio and Italian model Vittoria Ceretti made a notable appearance at the Academy Awards on March 15, marking their debut together at the prestigious ceremony. This occasion represents a significant moment in their relationship, which began nearly three years ago.

Initially, Leonardo arrived at the Dolby Theatre without Vittoria, adhering to his characteristic low-key style during public events. However, the model later joined him inside, where cameras captured the couple seated together, offering a rare insight into their relationship as they enjoyed the awards show.

Leonardo, aged 51, was nominated for Best Actor for his role in the film “One Battle After Another.” He opted for a classic black tuxedo paired with a bow tie and accented his look with a gold bee brooch on his jacket. Vittoria, on the other hand, turned heads in a striking red gown, making a memorable debut at the Oscars alongside the Oscar-winning actor.

The couple’s romantic timeline began in August 2023, when they were seen dancing together at a nightclub in Ibiza. Since then, their relationship has become increasingly public, with appearances together during trips in Italy and at events like the Met Gala. Their Oscars appearance stands out as another key moment in their journey together, especially given that Leonardo has historically attended such ceremonies with his mother, Irmelin Indenbirken.

In addition to their public appearance, “One Battle After Another” performed exceptionally well at the 2026 Oscars, securing 13 nominations and winning six awards, including Best Picture and Best Director for Paul Thomas Anderson. Sean Penn also received the award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in the film, which was based on Thomas Pynchon’s novel “Vineland.”

The film follows Bob Ferguson, a former activist whose past draws him back into political conflict after years of distancing himself from activism. DiCaprio’s compelling portrayal of Ferguson was pivotal in the film’s success during this awards season, further solidifying his reputation as a leading actor in Hollywood.
